Sumo Club Demonstration at Nisei Week

The start time for Sunday, August 19th at the JACCC Plaza (244 S. San Pedro St. Las Angeles) is 1:00 PM and ends at 2:00 PM.

Time schedule:
1:00 - 1:05 Announce the Sumo wrestlers.
1:05 - 1:15 A brief history of Sumo and it's origin.
1:15 - 1:20 A summary of the rules.
1:20 - 1:30 Show common winning techniques and strengthening exercises.
1:30 - 2:00 Demonstrate Sumo matches to the crowd and answer questions.
